Merkhet Engineering LLC was formed to deliver civil and structural design, surveying, as-built documentation and permitting under a single line of technical responsibility, with a principal accountable for every deliverable that leaves the office.

The firm practices in four disciplines: civil and structural design, surveying and mapping, as-built and records, and permitting and approvals. Every deliverable is produced to the governing code edition and the submittal standard of the jurisdiction, with design criteria, load path, datum and horizontal control stated on the face of the drawing rather than left to inference.
Merkhet is directed by its two principals, who review each project personally. Discipline leads are engaged as scope requires and report to a single point of technical responsibility, so that survey control, structural criteria and permit conditions remain consistent from field data through the approved set.
