How it is verified
Verified on site, not copied from the design set.
An as-built is worth exactly what the verification behind it is worth. We occupy every point on project control, record where the built work departs from the design geometry, and name the tolerance the comparison was made against. A drawing that claims the building matches the design, without saying how that was established, is not a record.
