Who we are

What we collect
When you send a question from the FAQ page, a project inquiry from the contact page, or apply for a position, we collect the name, email address, project address and project details you provide. Nothing else on this site asks for personal information.
Our host records standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.
Why we hold it
To answer your inquiry, prepare a quote, and keep the record of a project we are engaged on. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who else sees it
Only the service providers that run this site and our email, and any regulatory authority when a permit submittal requires it. Each acts on our instructions and holds the data no longer than we do.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that do not become projects are deleted after a reasonable period. Project records are retained for as long as the applicable Florida record-keeping rules require.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own beyond what the platform needs to serve the page, and it loads nothing from advertising or analytics services. If either is added later, this section will name it and say how to opt out.
Your choices
Write to us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We answer within thirty days.
